Starbucks Shift Supervisor Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead and motivate our team at our welcoming Starbucks Store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store when the Manager is not present, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Lead and engage the team to promote sales, increase profitability, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, preparing beverages, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance leadership skills.

Requirements:

  • Supervisory experience is desirable, but not essential.
