About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Person Centred Software Ltd. As an Outbound Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling our full portfolio of Connected Care products into care homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales opportunities through outbound sales calls to potential customers
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to qualify each opportunity and book demo appointments
  • Maintain and expand a database of prospects, ensuring all details are updated in HubSpot
  • Collaborate with other sales colleagues to deliver a world-class sales experience

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in internal sales and cold calling
  • Ability to nurture leads and generate business opportunities
  • Experience working with CRM systems, with HubSpot being a plus
  • Strong telephone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good listening skills and ability to work with software systems used in the health or social care sector
