About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety and Health Advisor to join our team at Vistry Group. As a key member of our SHE team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe planning, delivery, and review of complex projects across the construction and maintenance industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Vistry Group in the safe planning, delivery, and review of complex projects
  • Ensure compliance with Vistry Group SHE Policies, Standards, and legislation
  • Identify and mitigate risks to safety, health, and the environment
  • Develop and implement effective SHE management systems
  • Provide specialist support and guidance to site teams and business units
  • Investigate and report on safety, health, and environmental incidents
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote a positive SHE culture
Requirements
  • NEBOSH Construction or equivalent diploma
  • Experience in the construction industry, preferably in a Safety Advisor role
  • Member of a Professional Body, progressing to Chartered status
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
