About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety, Health and Environment Advisor to join our team at Vistry Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe planning, delivery, and review of complex projects across the construction and maintenance industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Vistry Group in the safe planning, delivery, and review of complex projects
  • Ensure compliance with Vistry Group Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Policies, Standards and legislation
  • Identify and mitigate risks to safety, health, and the environment
  • Develop and implement effective SHE management systems
  • Provide specialist support and guidance to project teams
  • Conduct regular site visits and reviews to ensure compliance with SHE standards
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with business units to improve SHE performance and reduce risk
Requirements
  • NEBOSH Construction or equivalent diploma
  • Experience in the construction industry, preferably in a Safety Advisor role
  • Member of a Professional Body, progressing to Chartered status
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
