Customer Experience Coordinator

To provide administrative support to the Customer Relations Team, ensuring accurate and timely response and logging of all feedback received. Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of customer service and resolve any issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor online review sites, receive, register, and respond to all incoming feedback, including Google Reviews, Trust Pilot, and customer experience forms.
- Collate and report figures for the Customer Relations Team, including feedback and team statistics.
- Assist with the production of monthly reports and ensure accurate data entry.
- Respond to and action GDPR requests, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support the Customer Relations Team with complaint files and develop best practices for the team.
- Possess a passion for customer service and a commitment to upholding high standards.
- Previous experience within Dexters, with a proven track record of success.
- Good knowledge of Dexters' best practices and procedures.
- Confidence in working as part of a busy helpdesk, dealing with colleagues at all levels.
- Excellent timekeeping and absence record.
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach, with a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude.
- Smart and well-presented, with a commitment to upholding the company's dress code.
- Ambassador for the company, always acting in the best interest of Dexters.

- Customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confident working with Google and Microsoft suite of products, including Sheets and Excel.
