Customer Experience Support Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
As a key member of the Customer Relations Team at Dexters, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure accurate and timely response to customer feedback. Your role will involve working closely with the Customer Relations Team to monitor online review sites, receive, register, and respond to all incoming feedback. This includes Google Reviews, Trust Pilot, and all Agents and Customer Experience forms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online review sites and respond to customer feedback in a timely manner.
- Assist in the production of monthly figures, including feedback and team statistics.
- Respond to and accurately action GDPR requests.
- Assist the Customer Relations Team with complaint files as needed.
- Develop and document best practices for the team.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for customer service and a commitment to upholding the service standards of Dexters. You will also require previous experience within the company, with a strong track record of delivering excellent results. Additionally, you will need to possess good knowledge of Dexters' best practices and be confident in your ability to work as part of a busy helpdesk team.
