Facilities and Procurement Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities and Purchasing Coordinator to join our facilities management department.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain regular and effective communication with internal colleagues and external partners.
- Prepare and analyze data to support management reporting and decision-making.
- Monitor and report on service charge budgets and supplier performance.
- Review and update property management systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Liaise with central services teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Monitor and report on capital replacement programs and operational expenses.
- Assist with central billing and procurement processes.
- Be the primary point of contact for all procurement matters, including contract drafting and supplier onboarding.
- Collate information for contract tenders and support with preparing business cases.
- Support with mobilizations and demobilizations as required.
- Ensure compliance with all internal procedures and policies.
- Managing Safely accreditation by IOSH.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Understanding of service charges budgets and basic accounting principles.
- Good health and safety and environmental knowledge.
- Excellent English language skills.
- IT literacy, including MS Office and MS Excel.
