This role involves managing commercial property transactions, with a particular focus on our Education Property work, supporting our nationally recognized Education Practice.

Flexible Work Location

The position offers flexibility in location, allowing you to work from either our Bath or Birmingham office, with occasional travel to other locations as client needs arise.

Key Responsibilities

Your main duties will include:

  • Managing an individual caseload effectively (with appropriate supervision).
  • Providing assistance to clients in the office or at alternative locations as necessary.
  • Collaborating in a collegial manner within your immediate team and the broader firm.
  • Communicating promptly and effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Maintaining your professional development and actively pursuing knowledge in the legal field.
  • Delivering work to the highest standards in accordance with the firm’s policies and values.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to their preparation.
  • Engaging in marketing and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in Property law.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage workload effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and contribute.
  • Proficient in IT, including Office 2010.

Desirable:

  • Experience in Property law, particularly in Commercial Property within educational institutions.

Reporting Structure

The successful candidate will report to the Head of the Real Estates team.
