Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team at William James Recruitment. As a key member of our specialist team, you will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of commercial and residential property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with commercial property matters, including sales, purchases, letting, landlord and tenant, financing, and residential conveyancing work.
  • Provide sound technical knowledge and exceptional client care to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years post-qualification experience in commercial property law.
  • Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent client care and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

  • Salary up to £60,000 - depending on experience.
  • Excellent benefits package.
  • Death in service benefit at 4 x salary.
