The Opportunity:

They are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor with 1-5 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) to join their growing team in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-value and challenging property litigation matters, contributing to the continued success and growth of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including but not limited to, landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, boundary disputes, and rights of way issues.
Providing strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met with a commercial and pragmatic approach.
Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and instructions to counsel.
Engaging in alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation and negotiation.
Conducting advocacy in court and tribunals as required.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact.
Supporting senior solicitors with complex cases and contributing to the development of junior team members.
Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 1-5 years of PQE in Property Litigation.
Strong technical knowledge of property law and litigation procedures.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
A client-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Proactive and commercially minded, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to manage a busy caseload and work effectively under pressure.
