Position Summary

We are excited to present a distinctive opportunity to become part of a well-respected property management and litigation team within a leading law firm, providing legal assistance to Registered Providers of Social Housing.

The firm prides itself on offering legal services that are customized to meet the specific needs of the communities it serves.

The Housing and Property Litigation Team is expanding and is in search of a skilled Solicitor to join the team and work collaboratively with existing members.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1-year PQE and have experience managing a caseload of housing management, disrepair, and property litigation matters.

The firm is consistently acquiring new cases from its established clients and seeks a motivated and highly organized Solicitor who is dedicated to delivering exceptional client service. This is a remarkable opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and engage in a legal field that is continually evolving.

The role entails mentoring junior team members while managing a caseload that includes both litigated and pre-action matters, which will involve collaboration with barristers and experts.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualified solicitor or CILEX equivalent, with 1+ years PQE
  • Preferably with a background in housing management litigation
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising junior team members
  • Strong history of achieving financial success
  • Comprehensive understanding of social housing and property law
  • Exceptional client care skills
  • High level of verbal and numerical reasoning
  • Adept at analyzing, evaluating, and logically communicating information
  • Proficient in IT skills
