Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Achievement Support Assistant to join our team at Humber Education Trust. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our students.

Job Role
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons to accelerate student learning
  • Support individual and small groups of students in the curriculum
  • Provide emotional, behavioural, and pastoral support to students, including those with additional needs
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans and Personal Care programs
  • Encourage students to develop as independent learners with a thirst for learning
Requirements
  • Understanding of National Curriculum, EYFS Guidance, and other relevant codes of practice
  • Effective use of ICT to support teaching and learning
  • Ability to interact well with students, staff, and parents
  • Ability to establish professional relationships with colleagues and students
