Deputy Store Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Monsoon Accessorize in Cheshire Oaks. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in driving the overall performance of the store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and supporting the store manager in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the store manager in leading the team, driving sales, and achieving business targets.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising and window displays to maximize commercial opportunities.
  • Manage and develop the store team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring the store operates within budget.
  • Identify and capitalize on local market opportunities to drive sales and growth.
  • Collaborate with other store teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven retail management experience, with a track record of delivering sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising and window display principles.
