Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the store manager in driving sales growth, managing budgets, and controlling costs.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, focusing on customer service, sales, and visual merchandising.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising and window displays to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying opportunities to improve performance and implement changes to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven retail management experience, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and implement changes to drive growth.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices.
