Position Overview

Role Summary:

The Infrastructure Operations Specialist will be responsible for the thorough examination, inquiry, and assessment of technical, contractual, and financial matters arising from Supplier agreements.

Qualifications:

Must possess Chartered Civil Engineer status or an equivalent qualification.

Extensive experience in auditing, monitoring, investigating, and analyzing technical, contractual, and financial matters pertinent to the construction, management, and upkeep of a road network.

Proven expertise in auditing, monitoring, investigating, and analyzing technical and financial matters related to the construction, management, and maintenance of a road network.

Moderate understanding of the operational and maintenance protocols associated with a road network is essential.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct investigations, analyses, and reports on technical adherence to Supplier agreements.

Evaluate work schedules submitted by Suppliers and assess the cost-effectiveness of the services provided to the Employer.

Examine, analyze, and report on technical proposals from Suppliers, considering technical alternatives, best practices, and cost efficiency.

Collaborate with other members of the service delivery team to ensure cohesive investigation, analysis, and reporting to the Employer.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the relevant Supplier agreements.
