Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily reconciliations of various deposit accounts
  • Process deductions as instructed by internal teams
  • Manage the refund process for deposits
  • Reconcile the master move-out spreadsheet
  • Update the website with changes related to deposits (returns, suspense, etc.)
  • Maintain an organized diary and manage emails
  • Issue monthly payments to contractors, including the calculation of handling fees
  • Perform bank account reconciliations
  • Process tenant refunds
  • Reconcile unallocated rent accounts and spreadsheets for tenants
  • Assist with bi-monthly landlord payments
  • Analyze income and expenses
  • Handle rental guarantee sales and purchase postings, along with account reconciliations
  • Undertake other ad hoc accounting tasks as required

Essential Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate or possess at least 12 months of finance experience
  • A strong desire to progress, particularly in CIMA studies
  • Proficient in computer applications and familiar with various Office programs
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • A quick learner with the ability to adapt
