The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing field-based account managers and developing strategies to meet sales targets. Your expertise in collaboration with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and analysis of performance data to identify areas for improvement will be invaluable. You will also be responsible for implementing training and development programs for the Account Management team and managing key client accounts.
