Position Overview:
Embark on a rewarding journey as an Outdoor Activity Instructor through our Level 3 Apprenticeship program. This opportunity is perfect for those who are passionate about the outdoors and wish to develop their skills in outdoor adventure.

What You Will Experience:
As an apprentice, you will engage in a variety of thrilling outdoor activities, utilizing specialized equipment to ensure an exhilarating experience for participants. Your role will include:
  • Conducting high-energy outdoor sessions
  • Designing and facilitating your own activity programs
  • Achieving various external National Governing Body (NGB) qualifications
  • Delivering entertaining sessions that create memorable experiences
  • Performing safety checks and ensuring compliance with company protocols
  • Understanding and adhering to the Company’s Safeguarding Policy
  • Assisting with various center initiatives

Program Duration: 13 months

Qualifications Required:
Applicants should possess:
