Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Application Support Analyst to join our team at Client Server. As a key member of our engineering team, you will provide technical support for our proprietary trading systems built with C#.Net, from front office order management and decision-making tools through to back office trade reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 3rd line support for our trading systems, collaborating with software developers, testers, and BAs.
  • Work with 3rd party data providers to resolve technical issues.
  • Support the development and implementation of new trading systems.
  • Contribute to the improvement of our technical documentation and knowledge base.

Requirements

  • Commercial Application Support experience, ideally within a Fixed Income or trading environment.
  • Strong technical skills with SQL, PowerShell, and/or Python scripting.
  • Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Degree educated in Computer Science or a similar technical discipline.
