**Job Summary**

Sellick Partnership is currently assisting in the recruitment of a Fencing Specialist for a social housing organization in the North East region.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to Waste Management procedures and Health & Safety legislation.
  • Participate in out-of-hours services and undertake overtime as required, in line with business needs.
  • Appropriate experience in fencing, including full fencing renewal work.
  • Hold a valid UK driving license and up-to-date Cat & Genny Training.

**Requirements:**

  • Relevant experience in fencing, with a focus on full fencing renewal work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
