Who You'll Be Supporting & Role Overview:

We are looking for a qualified candidate with a Level Three in Social Care and substantial experience in mental health, autism, and challenging behaviors. A good sense of humor and the ability to promote positive behavior support are essential.

If you lack formal qualifications, significant relevant experience is required.

You should excel at connecting with individuals and be passionate about fostering independent living. As a skilled mentor, you will share your expertise and experiences with your colleagues.

We offer specialized training opportunities, including Positive Behavior Support techniques and intensive training with professionals.
