Early Years Lead Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Early Years Lead Practitioner to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, educational, and fun environment for our children.
As an Early Years Lead Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting the quality of learning and development in our setting, engaging with sector developments both locally and nationally, and skilfully leading day-to-day practice at an operational level.
Key Responsibilities- Support and promote children's early education and development
- Be responsible for supporting the quality of learning and development in our setting
- Engage with sector developments both locally and nationally
- Skilfully lead day-to-day practice at an operational level
- Safeguard and promote the health, safety, and welfare of children
- Work in partnership with the key person, colleagues, parents, and/or carers or other professionals

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, creative skills, and a positive outlook. You will be responsible for supporting the quality of learning and development in our setting, engaging with sector developments, and skilfully leading day-to-day practice at an operational level.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our fully funded Early Years Lead Practitioner programme, which will equip you with the skills and confidence to take on a leadership role in our nursery.
