About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Programme Project Lead to join our team at Rainbow Trust Children's Charity. As a key member of our Kentown Care Team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day development and management of the Kentown Children's Palliative Care Programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a high-quality family support service, working in partnership with health, education, and social care professionals.
  • Manage the Kentown Family Support Team, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of excellent care.
  • Contribute to service development across the wider organisation, working closely with the Director of Care and other stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain successful professional partnerships to ensure the service is accessible to relevant families.
Requirements
  • Experience in child health, education, or social care, with a strong understanding of the impact of childhood illness on family dynamics.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to lead a project of scale and importance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong networking skills and confident use of MS Office.

  • A competitive salary of £29,000 - £34,000 DOE, plus benefits including a company car, 25 days annual leave, and a pension scheme.
