Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing Strategist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Employer Brand and Marketing Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team at Arm. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an authentic candidate experience from attraction to day one.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an employer branding strategy that aligns with Arm's North Star, commitments, and workforce strategy.
  • Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to create engaging content that showcases our company culture, work environment, and employee experiences.
  • Manage the delivery of Arm's programmatic campaigns and ensure that targeting and content aligns to Arm's TA workforce strategy.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment initiatives.
  • Work with our DEI Program Manager and internal partners to ensure that our branding is inclusive and connecting with diverse audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of employer branding strategies and campaigns.
  • Create content to nurture our talent communities and ensure an informative candidate journey.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in marketing, communications, within People or Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and marketing principles.
  • Experience building and delivering employer brand strategies.
  • Excellent skills in design and content creation for recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Creative problem solver with strong analytical skills.
Nice to Have Skills and Experience:
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising strategies and management.
  • Experience in SEO and website performance management.
