About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Agricultural Technician to work with our team of experts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out diagnostics, servicing, repairs, and maintenance work on agricultural and plant machinery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out diagnostics, servicing, repairs, and maintenance work on agricultural and plant machinery
  • Ensuring job cards are written up promptly and accurately
  • Following our health and safety regulations and policies at all times
  • Taking part in technical training and mentoring apprentices and trainees

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Agricultural Technician with a passion for agricultural machinery and a strong customer service focus. You will have a relevant technical qualification and a driving license, and you will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About The Package

We offer a highly competitive remuneration package, including a salary of up to £55,000, up to 25 days holiday, company vehicle, tool allowance, pension scheme, and extensive ongoing training. We also offer a range of benefits, including monthly "Pay Day Breakfasts", Pizza Fridays, employee gifts, and long service awards.
