About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural and Turf Machinery Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out diagnostics, servicing, repairs, and maintenance work on turf and groundcare machinery. You will also be required to ensure job cards are written up promptly and accurately, follow health and safety regulations, and participate in technical training.

Requirements

  • Strong diagnostic ability with good all-round technical knowledge of agricultural and turf machinery
  • Relevant technical qualification (such as an Agricultural Engineering) would be advantageous
  • Experience with electrics and hydraulics
  • A driving license is essential
  • Strong customer service and customer facing skills
  • The ability to work self-motivate and work individually, managing your own workload and also able to work as part of a team
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail

About The Package

We offer a highly competitive remuneration package, including a salary of up to £50,000 (dependent on experience), up to 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays), company vehicle, tool allowance, pension scheme, and extensive ongoing training.
