About the Role
The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Urgent Emergency Care team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Contribute to the development of emergency care pathways and protocols.
- Participate in training and education programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with the NMC or working towards and due to qualify in the next six months.
- Degree/Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
- Undertaken mentorship training.
- Relevant experience of looking after patients in a healthcare environment.
- Risk Management experience.
