About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and clinically focused clinical pharmacist to join our team at The Pharmacist Network. As an onsite clinical pharmacist, you will work closely with our team to provide expert clinical advice and support to general practices in the Little Hulton and Walkden area.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for supporting practice staff with prescription and medication queries, helping to utilise skill mix, improve patient outcomes, and ensure better access to healthcare. You will also support with prescribing practices across the PCN, providing clinical leadership on medicines optimization and quality improvement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have experience using clinical systems such as Emis and System1. You will also have completed the CPPE Pathway or be currently on the pathway.
