Job Summary

J Browne Construction is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mains Replacement Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of construction activities at various mains renewal sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Supervise and manage a team of construction personnel, including subcontractors and direct workforce.
  • Monitor and control resources, including labor, plant, and materials, to meet project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company procedures.
  • Identify and report non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
  • EUSR National Water Hygiene certification.
  • NRSWA Supervisor certification.
  • Confined Space Trained (desirable).
  • Current UK Driving License.
