Senior Waiter/Waitress/Server Job Description

At Caravan Restaurants, we're looking for a skilled and friendly Senior Waiter/Waitress/Server to join our team. As a Senior Waiter/Waitress/Server, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Manage tables and ensure that guests have a seamless dining experience.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Upsell and promote menu items and special offers to increase sales and revenue.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress/Server in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment.
