We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server/Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Dishoom, a renowned hospitality company with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Server/Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is nothing short of exceptional.

About the Role

We are looking for a Server/Waiter/Waitress who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has a keen eye for detail, and is able to work well under pressure. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting guests with a warm smile and making them feel welcome
  • Transporting guests to Bombay through our menu, ensuring they have an unforgettable dining experience
  • Ensuring clear communication with the team to ensure a seamless service
What We Offer

We offer a range of benefits to our team members, including:

  • Free team meals every shift, plus all the Chai you can drink
  • A competitive hourly rate of £19.50-£19.75, inclusive of tronc
  • A full-time role working across 5 days, Monday-Sunday availability required
  • A weekly changing rota provided at least 10 days in advance
  • Access to our award-winning training programmes and support
  • The usual number of days holiday a year - paid for, including tronc

We are looking for a Server/Waiter/Waitress who has:

  • Previous work experience as a Server/Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • A desire to grow and develop their skills with our award-winning training programmes
