Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Anglian Home Improvements. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling and networking
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve sales and business objectives
- Proven sales and business development experience, preferably in the home improvement industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Results-driven and proactive, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
