About the Role
As a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and support to our residents. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical, emotional, and social needs
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address residents' needs and goals
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions or concerns
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Working Arrangements
This is a Bank position, which means you will be working on an as-needed basis to provide cover for our residents. Your hours and days will vary, and you will be required to be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of our residents and the care home.
