Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Credit Controller to join our team at Abacus Consulting. This role is pivotal in managing collections and ensuring the financial health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Collections: Proactively follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely payments.
  • Cash Management: Allocate incoming payments accurately to customer accounts.
  • Credit Documentation: Generate and process credit notes as necessary.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to resolve payment issues and enhance customer relationships.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any queries related to payments or accounts.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle credit-related administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Team Support: Assist colleagues and management with various ad hoc projects.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in collections, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems, with SAP experience being advantageous.

This position offers onsite parking and the possibility of hybrid work arrangements following the initial training period.
