What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef who can inspire and lead our kitchen team to deliver exceptional results. You'll need to have a passion for leading and developing a team, with a proven track record of championing excellent service through quality food. You'll also need to be an active hands-on team player with excellent communication skills, able to manage the kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new menu concepts and specials
  • Lead and develop the kitchen team to deliver exceptional results
  • Manage the kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety
  • Drive sales and deliver growth through engagement with both kitchen and front of house teams

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a similar environment
  • Proven track record of championing excellent service through quality food
  • Passion for leading and developing a team
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage the kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety effectively
