As a Fostering Social Work Specialist, you will be responsible for providing direct support to foster parents, ensuring their compliance with regulatory standards, and working in partnership with children, young people, and other professionals to promote meaningful and relevant supervision of placements.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in children and families social work, experience of working in a therapeutic model of child care, and excellent report writing skills. Key Responsibilities- Provide regular supervision to allocated foster parents, enabling and monitoring their practice
