About the Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Relationship Analyst to join our team at SSE. As a Key Account Relationship Analyst, you will be responsible for providing analytical modelling support to complex key account customers, ensuring all bespoke key account customer requirements are dealt with in a timely manner, and acting as the principal day-to-day contact for key account customers in NI and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytical modelling support to complex key account customers, including forecast cost modelling.
  • Ensure all bespoke key account customer requirements are dealt with in a timely manner, including month-end reports.
  • Act as the principal day-to-day contact for key account customers in NI and ROI, including telephone and email contact points, responding to queries in a timely manner.
  • Generate close business relationships with existing customers, including their key interfacing departments.
  • Interact and gain credibility with the appropriate level and functions within the customers' business.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable, relevant business experience, with commercial or financial analyst responsibility.
  • The ability to organise large volumes of data on spreadsheets and with strong Excel skills.
  • Proven experience in developing complex models using Excel/Power BI, to offer scenario information to customers.
  • The ability to create, manipulate and present financial information in a sales environment.
