The Financial Analyst will report to the Finance Director and be responsible for all sales and KPI reporting, as well as providing insights and analysis to inform business-critical decisions across the organization.


The Role:
  • Provide in-depth analysis of large data sets to uncover meaningful insights for the operations teams
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide analysis and solutions to drive business performance
  • Develop and maintain financial models and integrate KPI reporting, including investigation and explanation of variances
  • Advise on and implement process improvement plans
  • Monitor pricing, profitability, and trends alongside the sales team
  • Drive efficiency and quality of KPI reporting

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant with 1-2 years' experience in a commercial environment
  • Exceptional Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with department heads
