We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our Medical Device start-up team at an exciting time as we approach the release of our first products to market.

The successful candidate will be part of a small but growing team of five software engineers working on high-performance computational software. Our mission is to produce next-generation portable 3D low-dose X-Ray machines, revolutionizing healthcare for millions of people globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize image processing algorithms in Python
  • Create tools to automatically analyze images from our systems inspecting electronics and composites
  • Design and test control software for X-ray devices
  • Collaborate with the development team to build a complete software product
  • Generate Intellectual Property
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Python development, including libraries for image processing
  • Understanding of Modern C++ code
  • Experience with image analysis problems
  • Problem-solving skills with a mathematical aptitude
  • Familiarity with frameworks for deep learning, e.g., PyTorch (desired)
