About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiographer to join our team as a Superintendent Radiographer. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to radiography staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient flow, workflow management, and staffing levels.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to establish and maintain high standards of patient care and service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain professional and radiographic standards within the assigned working area.
  • Participate in professional lectures, study days, and workshops to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in radiography and medical imaging.
Requirements
  • DCR or BSc in Diagnostic Radiography.
  • HCPC registration.
  • Evidence of relevant postgraduate training, education, or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant post-qualification experience in radiography, including experience of supervision and mentorship.
  • Commitment to undertake all training requirements of the role.
