About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Weston Super Mare Milton Road Nursery. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting our team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of practitioners to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare and education.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
- Work closely with the nursery management team to achieve business objectives and improve the overall quality of the nursery.
- Ensure the nursery is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to practitioners to support their professional development.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who has a passion for childcare and education. You will have a Level 3 Childcare qualification and previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner. You will be a strong leader who can motivate and inspire a team to deliver high-quality care and education.
