About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Weston Super Mare Milton Road Nursery. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting our team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of practitioners to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare and education.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of children and staff.
  • Conduct observations, assessments, and planning for children to ensure their individual needs are met.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the nursery management team to achieve business objectives and improve the overall quality of the nursery.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

A Level 3 Childcare qualification and previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager, or Senior Nursery Practitioner.Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with children, families, and colleagues.A commitment to delivering high-quality childcare and education, with a focus on child development and well-being.
