About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Weston Super Mare Nursery. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting our staff to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and education to our children.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
  • Work closely with the nursery management team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Ensure the nursery is a safe and welcoming environment for all children and staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and education provided to our children.

About You

We are looking for an experienced and qualified childcare professional who has a passion for delivering high-quality care and education to young children. You will have a Level 3 Childcare qualification and previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
