About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Weston Super Mare Milton Road Nursery. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting our team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of practitioners to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare and education.
  • Develop and implement effective observation, assessment, and planning strategies to meet the needs of individual children.
  • Work closely with the nursery management team to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
  • Ensure the nursery is a safe and welcoming environment for children, parents, and staff.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the nursery meets regulatory requirements.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager who has a passion for delivering high-quality childcare and education. You will have a Level 3 Childcare qualification and previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Manager, or Senior Nursery Practitioner. You will be a strong leader who can motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results.
