Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer and freelance designer to develop and implement design solutions that align with user needs and business goals.
- Conduct user research, including interviews and testing, to inform design decisions.
- Develop and manage design systems to enhance communication with developers.
- Evaluate and implement design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.

- Extensive experience in product or UI/UX design within a startup or high-growth environment.
