Position Overview: Our client, a well-established and respected facilities management organization, is seeking to hire an Office Administrator to become a vital part of their dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming telephone communications with a professional demeanor.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Utilize various office IT applications effectively.
  • Assist with help desk inquiries, although prior experience in this area is not mandatory.

Ideal Candidate: The successful applicant will possess strong organizational skills and have a background in general office administration. While experience in the construction or facilities management sector is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite.

Work Environment: This is a full-time role, operating Monday to Friday, with standard hours. There may be opportunities for remote work discussions following the completion of the initial probationary period.
