Job Title: Deputy Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team at Acorn Park in Banham, Norfolk. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management of our residential care services for children and young people with autism and related disabilities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent, as well as experience of working in a residential setting. You will also have a full UK driving licence and a working knowledge of relevant legislation such as the Children's Act and Quality Care Standards.

As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating teams, effectively training individuals and groups, and ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained. You will also be expected to contribute to the development of policies and procedures, and to participate in quality assurance activities.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000.00 to £33,000.00 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. You will also receive a range of benefits, including life assurance, a pension scheme, and access to a flexible benefits platform.
