Deputy Care Manager - The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Deputy Care Manager. As a Deputy Care Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Care Manager in the day-to-day management of the care home
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Lead and motivate a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement
