About the Role
Boots UK is seeking an E-commerce Merchandiser to join our digital merchandising team based in Nottingham. As an E-commerce Merchandiser, you will play a vital role in driving the strategic roadmap for personalized product discovery, piloting new features, and applying user data to amplify our customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine product recommendation strategies to drive higher customer engagement and revenue.
- Explore new digital touchpoints to leverage relevant product recommendations.
- Translate data into actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving customer needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with external suppliers to drive value from digital channels.
- Review competitor activity and identify new opportunities to test.
- Work closely with trading teams to ensure commercial goals and initiatives are supported.
- Lead new features on the website with digital transformation teams.
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting to share the impact of new capabilities.
- Support the wider digital merchandising team with training needs, toolkits, and best practice guidelines.
- Identify and recommend efficiencies to improve productivity.
