Achieve Excellence as a Mechanical Project Manager

At Aircon Engineering Inc, we are seeking a seasoned Mechanical Project Manager to lead our HVAC projects throughout London and the home counties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain quotations for small to medium-sized projects, ensuring accurate pricing and profitability.
  • Track and forecast labour and material expenditure, aligning with project scope, plan, and profit and loss.
  • Apply invoices and valuations on time, adhering to client-specific requirements.
  • Attend site meetings, prepare reports, and negotiate material and labour orders to maintain expected margins.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience delivering HVAC projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in project management and delivery of HVAC projects up to £2.5 million in value.
  • Possess IOSH or Black Managers CSCS card, demonstrating commitment to health and safety.
  • Advanced computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Project, and AutoCAD, with a preference for AutoCAD experience.
  • Live within a commutable distance to Dartford, ensuring easy access to our head office.
